Then stopped by the butcher counter at R&A Grocers in Helper, who source their sausages to Balance Rock Eatery, and sat down at Pago Restaurant in Salt Lake City, and talk to Kurtis Falslev of Falslev Roasting Pigs & Hog Farm in Cache Valley.
